Unlock Casino Mode
Complete the game, then select New Game at the main menu. The Casino Mode option will now appear above the normal difficulty setting.

Unlock Cherokee Mode
Complete the game, then select New Game at the main menu. The Cherokee Mode option will now be unlocked.
